Where can I find pricing?

Many of our products are made to your exact requirements. As different specifications can affect the price and lead time, we require you to select the options you would like, such as finish, to provide you with an accurate quote and current lead time. The easiest way to do this is by filling out the enquiry form on the product page.


Is there anything in stock I can buy?

We do hold some styles in stock, usually in brass. Others are finished or made to order and typically carry a 2-4 week lead time excluding shipping. Custom sized designs, bespoke or large orders will carry a longer lead time. We understand that projects to not always stay on schedule, so please let us know the date you are working to and we shall endeavour to meet it.


What do the dimensions refer to?

All dimensions stated on the product page are the maximum overall dimensions. As each design is hand made small variations may occur. If you require the product to be a specific dimension, or to match an existing piece, please let us know at the time of enquiry.


Do you supply locks, latches and hinges?

We supply our handles and levers with spindles and screws required to fit the handles, we do not supply the lock or latch. Many of our handles are un-sprung and we recommend they are used with medium/heavy sprung latches. Latch recommendations are outlined on the individual product pages.


Are your products compatible with USA latch systems?

Our products are made for use with the standard European 8mm spindle. We offer a conversion kit for use with USA latch systems and you can download a full specification here. We recommend you consult your installing technician before specifying a product. If you are working with new latches it is possible to purchase lock and latch systems that receive an 8mm spindle in the USA we recommend Accurate Lock & Hardware.


Do you sell Letter Boxes and Door Numbers?

We do not currently sell Letter Boxes or Door Numbers. If you are buying front door furniture from us and would like these additional items to match your selected Charles Edwards finish, you are welcome to provide us with these items in un-lacquered polished brass and we can finish them to match. Price upon request.


Where do I find care instructions?

The care of your product will depend on the finish specified. All care instructions are listed with each finish in the Finish section of the website.

How do I order replacements or get help with a repair?

As many of our products are made to order we will require the original four/five digit invoice/quote number and name they were ordered under. Please include a picture of the replacement, or repair required. When taking photos please do so with and without flash to ensure a more accurate representation of finish. We shall work with you to ensure the most effective and timely remedy.
