COLLECTIONS & SHIPPING

 

 

Unless otherwise stated on completion your order can be collected from the showroom by you or your shipping agent. You will be provided with a collection note on order completion which should be presented at the time of collection. Without the collection note or invoice number we will not be able to release the goods. Please collect:

For non fragile mainland or international orders we are able to obtain a shipping quote via courier on your behalf which will be included on your order total. You will be provided with a tracking number in order to track your delivery.

If your order is fragile we recommend that it is collected if you are within the uk or packed and crated for international shipment via a professional shipper. We will package goods adequately for collection by your nominated shipping agent. If you do not have a nominated shipper we can help you obtain a quotation.

Charles Edwards does not accept liability for any damages incurred once the goods have been checked, signed for and removed from our premises. You may wish to insure your goods against damages with your shipping company/courier service. In the event that damages occur, your contract for the transportation of your order is with the shipper/courier and not with Charles Edwards. You must contact them directly to effect any replacements or repairs.
